Welcome to Flexy Car Rental LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website flexycarrental.com and renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Flexy Car Rental LLC, the customer (“you”, “client”) must:

  • Be 21 years or older

  • Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year

  • Provide a valid credit or debit card for payment

  • Agree to a pre-authorization security deposit when required

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms (Stripe-Compliant)

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit card payments only.
All online transactions are securely processed via Stripe.

3.2 Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization

For certain rentals, a security deposit may be required.
Deposits may be:

  • Fully refundable

  • Partially refundable

  • Non-refundable in case of damage, late return, cleaning fees, or violation of rental rules

Deposits may be temporarily held (pre-authorized) on your card through Stripe.
This hold is automatically released unless deductions are required.

3.3 Charges

You agree that Flexy Car Rental LLC may charge your card for:

  • Rental fees

  • Damage to the vehicle

  • Extra miles, fuel charges, late return fees

  • Tolls, tickets, or violations

  • Cleaning fees if the car is returned excessively dirty

4. Reservation, Cancellation & Refunds

All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy:

By booking through our website, you agree to the refund and cancellation rules listed there.

5. Vehicle Use & Client Responsibilities

The renter agrees to:

  • Operate the vehicle responsibly

  • Return the car in the same condition

  • Not smoke inside the vehicle

  • Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Not exceed mileage limits stated on the reservation

  • Return the vehicle at the agreed time

You are financially responsible for:

  • Damage to the vehicle

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Flat tires, broken glass, interior damage

  • Excess mileage

  • Lost keys or key fob replacements

6. Prohibited Use

The vehicle may NOT be used for:

  • Racing or reckless driving

  • Off-road driving

  • Towing other vehicles

  • Illegal activities

  • Transporting hazardous materials

  • Subleasing the vehicle to another driver

7. Insurance & Liability

Depending on your booking:

  • You may be covered by your personal insurance

  • You may be offered optional insurance by Flexy Car Rental LLC

  • You are responsible for deductibles and uninsured damage

Flexy Car Rental LLC is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.

8. Late Return Policy

Returning the vehicle later than scheduled may result in:

  • Hourly late fees

  • Additional day charges

  • Deduction from security deposit

If more than 2 hours late, Flexy Car Rental LLC reserves the right to apply a full additional day charge.

9. Mileage Limit

Reservations may include mileage limits.
Excess mileage fees will apply according to your booking details.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will always be available on our website with the latest revision date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
