You can reserve a vehicle through our website by selecting your car, choosing your rental dates, and completing the payment through our secure Stripe checkout system. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is approved.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies based on the vehicle. The deposit is returned after the car is inspected and no damage or policy violations are detected.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or same-day cancellations may not qualify for a refund. Please check our full Refund Policy for details.

Late returns may result in additional charges. Returning the vehicle more than 2 hours after the scheduled time may count as an extra rental day.

Yes, reservation changes can be made based on availability. If the new dates are not available, the cancellation policy will apply.

Yes. Each rental includes a mileage allowance depending on the vehicle type. Additional mileage will incur extra charges.

Deposits are processed through Stripe and refunded to the original payment method within 1–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Pets are allowed only in carriers. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive hair, stains, or odors.

No. All Flexy vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee may apply if smoke odor or evidence is detected.

We offer various insurance coverage options depending on the vehicle. Customers may also use their personal auto insurance if accepted.

Please contact us immediately and call local authorities if needed. A written accident report may be required upon returning the vehicle.

Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers may void insurance coverage and result in additional fees.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments at this time.
